To carry out a technical assessment to establish the amount of Earthwork done to enable the IPA to have a basis of paying the contractor for the amount of work he has done as per the design documents.

• Review of all the design documents.
• Execute a topographical Survey
• Using the survey data compute the following volumes in cubic meters; the reservoir, silt trap, spillway, and embankment.
• Write a technical report and present to the client
